Description

You will manage end-to-end upgrade projects to transition clients from legacy versions to the latest Trax versions.

Responsibilities

• Execute upgrade projects by identifying functional gaps and risks between customer-specific implementations and base product versions.
• Construct accurate upgrade backlogs, including the creation of user stories and functional use cases.
• Drive all phases of test execution, including functional, regression, usability, and acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and PS consultants to design solutions that align with client business drivers and product offerings.
• Participate in all SCRUM rituals, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Finance or Payments domain, specifically within Banking or Corporate Payments.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT MT message formats.
• Hands-on experience with basic coding in any programming or scripting language.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop deep technical and functional understanding of complex products.
• Effective English communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Direct customer interfacing experience.
