Description

You will act as the bridge between front-office teams and IT to design and implement systems that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform As-Is and To-Be analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose operational improvements.
• Gather requirements from front-office teams and translate them into BRDs and FSDs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement front-office systems and processes.
• Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the adoption of new technologies through training.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis within capital markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the complete trade lifecycle.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, risk management, and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial products, market regulations, and trading platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Proven ability to create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Direct exposure to Front-office Trading and/or Institutional Security Lending systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field.
