Translate complex data needs into actionable business requirements for MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Market Access to identify analytical opportunities.
• Partner with data engineering teams on cloud-based data platform initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align and deliver stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to agile projects using JIRA and Confluence within Scrum frameworks.
• Support the implementation of pricing models and commercial business processes.

Required Skills

• 7-14 years of Business Analysis experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva, IQVIA, DRG, or CMS claims.
• Experience working with commercial business functions and pricing models.
• Proven involvement in data and analytics projects leveraging cloud-based data platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• B.E. or B.Tech degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance, compliance, and metadata management.
• Proficiency in BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or ThoughtSpot.
