Description

You will lead end-to-end People Process development, collaborating with Process Excellence Leads and Global Process Owners to optimise employee experience. You will own the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to test development and implementation, ensuring alignment with department strategy and standard process methodology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to diagnose business problems and define detailed requirements for Workday HCM and Reward solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and alignment between business and technical collaborators.
  • Analyze complex process data to design secure, simplified, and optimized end-to-end People Processes.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to visualize outcomes, prioritize work, and deliver against minimum viable product (MVP) goals.
  • Facilitate decision-making and drive change governance, documenting technology and process changes for multinational HR Shared Services.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM, specifically within Reward modules.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and find common ground between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Lean/6 Sigma methodologies for problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across senior technical and business levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects within sophisticated digital organizations.

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of experience within a multinational HR Shared Services organization.
  • Experience with change governance processes and framework documentation.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
