Description

You will lead complex analysis and problem-solving tasks within a card and payment domain, owning the delivery of functional designs and requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and decompose initiatives into Epics and User Stories to enable squad delivery.
• Drive story refinement through to definition of ready and manage conflicts to maintain scope agreement.
• Perform data analysis and mapping to support data migration and integration efforts.
• Prepare business requirements documents and contribute to functional, interface, and API specifications.
• Identify operational risks and ensure adherence to release frameworks and internal bank policies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 4 years delivering complex technical changes.
• Expertise in credit card lifecycle and payment processes.
• Strong experience working in SCRUM teams and applying Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with AWS and understanding of Cloud Technologies and DevOps.
• Experience in complex data migrations and risk/change management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
