You will partner with business and product teams to analyze complex problems, translate needs into functional requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex problems to recommend data-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Develop compelling narratives and visual stories for demos and business cases.
• Present insights and outcomes to stakeholders in an engaging manner.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to simplify complexity and influence decisions through storytelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to product management, consulting, or business strategy roles.
