Description

You will lead end-to-end project execution and business transformation initiatives in Bengaluru.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of targeted strategies, including change impact identification and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, budgets, business cases, resource utilization, and risk mitigation.
• Implement project review and quality assurance processes to ensure goal achievement and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyze data and evaluate results to develop recommendations and roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
• Build and maintain partnerships with cross-functional leaders in Finance and Technology.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in project management and business transformation.
• Experience managing technology projects involving data analysis, visualization, or app development.
• Proven experience managing projects with stakeholders in multi-location landscapes.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master or managing projects with Scrum teams.
• Practical application of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, PowerBI, and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Post graduate degree (MBA).
• Experience with systems integration, ETL tools (Informatica, Talend), or data mapping.
