Own the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle, translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create detailed process flows, data models, and system integration diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification.
• PMP or Agile certification.
