Description

You will support a 12-month transformation project focused on code creation processes and technology within the Data Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize stakeholder input into organized options and design documents.
• Execute data mapping and data validation tasks.
• Write test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Data Quality Assurance.
• Develop and adjust SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and playbooks.
• Provide project management support, documentation, and hypercare leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional IT roles.
• Master data acumen including taxonomy, data modeling, and data governance.
• Proficiency in data profiling using advanced Excel.
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills.
• Experience with transformational projects and supply chain data.
• Ability to drive understanding between business and technology stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SQL for data profiling.
• Experience with Collibra, SAP, PEGA, or ServiceNow.
• Change management experience or Consumer Goods industry background.
