Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Java developers and architects to ensure technical feasibility and align solutions with business needs.
• Write user stories using BDD format to define functional requirements.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics, models, and standards to ensure error-free data processing.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve data quality issues and integrity problems.
• Analyze data processing tasks using SPSS, Excel, or Quantum to support system migrations from legacy to new platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong technical background in development or coding.
• Recent experience working on projects within the financial industry.
• Deep understanding of technology infrastructure, data flows, and system architecture.
• Experience managing application migrations from legacy systems to new Java-based environments.
• Proficiency in writing requirements in BDD format.
• Ability to perform data processing and analysis using SPSS or Excel.
• Experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical requirement gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in Cards Dispute & Frauds.
