Responsibilities

• Evaluate BPM and develop optimization strategies through ongoing process reviews.
• Perform requirements analysis and document findings for cross-functional teams and management.
• Gather information from stakeholder meetings to produce reports and communicate insights.
• Manage projects by developing plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet defined business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Deep understanding of BPM (Business Process Management).
• Expertise in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and serve as a liaison between users and technical teams.
• Experience in project management and resource allocation.
• Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to share findings.
• Strong skills in process automation and system modernization.
• Experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT).

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff.
