Description

You will act as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and mapping documents for ETL application development.
• Write complex SQL queries across multiple tables to perform data analysis and profiling.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data modelers to define table designs and technical solutions.
• Manage SDLC activities including requirements gathering, design, release planning, and test case execution.
• Analyze business performance reports and utilization data to identify anomalies and process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and profiling.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling concepts, and building DW tables.
• Experience with ETL/Data Mapping and creating detailed mapping documentation.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and translate user requirements for developers and testers.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex data and technical information to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or CCBA certification.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Experience in data warehousing.
