Lead Quality Management System implementations and manage complex data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Veeva QMS implementations and data migration projects.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technical QMS workflows for pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to quality management systems.
• Communicate technical requirements and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS) implementations.
• 3+ years of direct experience focused on Veeva QMS.
• Proven history of managing successful Veeva QMS data migrations.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• PRINCE2 certification.
