Description

Top 5 Must-Haves: 

1. 3–5 years of Product Analyst or Business Analyst experience in a product-focused environment. 
2. Strong Agile experience, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and epic/story breakdown. 
3. Experience gathering and translating business requirements into structured functional requirements and future-state process designs.
4. UAT/testing experience to validate functionality against acceptance criteria.
5. Enterprise systems experience with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and/or SAP, Workday, plus exposure to system integrations.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Lead-to-Cash process knowledge (pipeline, contracting, risk management, invoicing).
• Process automation experience.
• Change management/adoption mindset.
• Federal/government business experience
