Description

You bridge business units and development teams to drive system enhancements and issue resolution within the US Property & Casualty insurance domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, use cases, and system specifications for developers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on impact analysis, project plans, and schedule updates.
• Partner with QA teams to prepare test plans, execute system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct research and analysis to identify system, policy, or procedural improvements for policy writing, billing, and claims.
• Monitor production system quality and investigate issues to ensure effective implementation of regulatory changes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• 4+ years of experience in US claims processing.
• Strong understanding of underwriting and claims processing workflows.
• Experience working within a System Development Methodology (SDM) framework.
• Proven ability to perform systems analysis for policy, billing, and financial systems.
• Competency in problem-solving and technical research.
• Experience facilitating requirement walk-throughs and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Ability to manage project documentation, issue logs, and meeting agendas.
