You will bridge business needs with technical implementation in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Ensure alignment with P&C insurance processes and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments.
• Any Graduate.
