Description

Analyze and document requirements for Property and Casualty Insurance applications, including Policy Administration, eCommerce, Billing, Claims, and financial systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements for third-party integrations such as LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, and CLUE.
• Utilize web analytics tools to track and interpret user data.
• Collaborate on the integration and testing of Web Services and APIs.
• Document functional specifications for policy, billing, and claims workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Deep functional knowledge of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, and Claims systems.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Proficiency with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of Web Services and APIs.
• Familiarity with Postman, REST API, and SOAP UI.
