Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for data and analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and interviews to document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with development teams on Microsoft Azure Data Platform, Power BI, and Tableau solutions.
• Manage project priorities, track progress, and facilitate status meetings with OpCo leaders and business users.
• Support UAT planning, validate technical feasibility, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis and requirement gathering experience.
• Hands-on understanding of the Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics ecosystem.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle EIS and enterprise reporting systems.
• Experience coordinating onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Manufacturing or Multi-OpCo environments.
• Exposure to Data Warehousing, ETL, and Cloud Analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting/data visualization concepts.
