You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for swap product lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements through BRDs, SRS, and test cases using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze business problems and user goals to recommend technical or hardware solutions.
• Support implementation and rollout of proposed solutions while resolving conflicts between user requirements.
• Present data-driven findings and trend research to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Swap products including TRS, Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and Synthetic Prime Business.
• Thorough understanding of the Swap lifecycle across Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations.
• Experience with product implementation and integration.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as CFTC and SEC.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Equity Swap platforms like Nuvo Prime.
