You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through detailed requirements and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Write clear business user requirements and functional specifications.
• Perform data mapping, conversion, and integration tasks.
• Identify technical problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Analyze complex data sets to support system design and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate across the system implementation life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience writing business requirements and functional specifications.
• Strong data query and analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle.
• Understanding of client-server, database, system design, and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.

Preferred Skills

• Computer Science degree.
• Experience with Distribution/Sales systems or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools.
