You will translate business requirements into functional designs and validate solutions through testing in a product-focused environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and perform backlog refinement and epic breakdown.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into structured functional requirements and future-state process designs.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality against defined acceptance criteria.
• Support enterprise systems including CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and ERP tools (SAP, Workday).
• Collaborate on system integrations and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a product-focused environment.
• Strong Agile experience, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Hands-on UAT/testing experience to validate functionality.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Workday.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes (pipeline, contracting, risk management, invoicing).
• Experience with process automation and change management.
• Background in federal or government business.
