Description

You will act as a Business Systems Analyst or IAM Analyst, gathering requirements and documenting functional specifications for enterprise identity management solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, and functional specifications.
• Interpret SailPoint design patterns, onboarding workflows, provisioning logic, and configurations.
• Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, mapping documents, and workflow diagrams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a BSA or IAM Analyst in large enterprise environments.
• Functional knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow, covering lifecycle management, access requests, and certification campaigns.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles: Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, Least Privilege, and SoD.
• Familiarity with governance workflows, access attestations, and entitlement models.
• Knowledge of core directory and identity technologies, including Active Directory (AD) and LDAP.
• Understanding of SSO/Federation and MFA concepts.
• Ability to interpret security, compliance, and audit requirements.
