Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
• 5+ years of experience working with data and reporting.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Branchville, NJ office.

Preferred Skills

• Formal business analysis training applied to project work.
• Experience within the insurance industry.
