Description

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and product managers.
• Author clear user stories, edge-case scenarios, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and technical leads to validate screen flows and functional feasibility.
• Partner with QA to ensure test coverage in Xray reflects all business requirements.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting mobile app or customer-facing digital product teams.
• Proficiency in Jira requirement structuring, wireframing tools, and workflow mapping
