Description

You will bridge business needs with technical execution for mobile and digital products. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and product managers.
• Author user stories, edge-case scenarios, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to validate screen flows and functional feasibility.
• Partner with QA to ensure Xray test coverage reflects all business requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Jira for requirement structuring.
• Experience supporting mobile app or customer-facing digital products.
• Strong skills in workflow mapping.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools.
• Bachelor's degree.
