Description

You will bridge banking requirements and technical implementation within high-value payment systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture bank-specific needs and translate them into message structures to define canonicals for various payment message types.
• Map canonical data to specific payment scheme standards.
• Conduct interviews and document technical requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate daily activities with development leads and Scrum Masters, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective delivery of user stories against defined business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst or Product Owner roles.
• In-depth understanding of high-value payments and messaging protocols including Fedwire and Swift.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to define data mapping and canonical structures.
• Graduate degree in any field.
