Description

You will drive process improvement and data analysis within complex, matrixed organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and streamline business processes across large organizations.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint site creation, access control, and Teams channel structures.
• Clean, transform, and analyze data using Excel pivot tables, lookup functions, and OneDrive.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or business/data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data cleaning.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and Workday systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
