Responsibilities

• Perform business process gap analysis using Jira.
• Review test scripts with Test Leads and provide actionable feedback.
• Conduct review sessions with developers to align on requirements.
• Gather and document detailed requirements for insurance products.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Deep familiarity with Life, Accident, and Supplemental Insurance products.
• Experience working with group insurance products.
• Proficiency in Jira for tracking and analysis.
• Proven experience working within the Agile Framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
