Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation by designing solutions that meet system and security specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed specifications for new requirements in collaboration with Business Owners.
• Design solution documents, including alternative approaches, database structured diagrams, and communication system specifications.
• Work with developers to troubleshoot system problems and devise detailed test plans.
• Test programs and systems, including the integration of system modules.
• Implement and monitor IT quality assurance standards, security mechanisms, and audit trails.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems design.
• Subject Matter Expertise in UNIYS Mapper-Oracle Inventory and OCSE applications.
• Hands-on experience working with MAPPER and Cool-ICE.
• Experience designing reports, audit trails, and security mechanisms.
• Ability to test programs and systems.
• Proficiency in developing structured diagrams for databases and communication systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with agency staff to plan program code implementation, enhancements, and changes.
