You will analyze current business processes and design improved future-state workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state process analysis and documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Design and implement process improvement recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• 3+ years of experience working in government or educational environments.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow design.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting, background checks, and PETS registration.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with IT governance process implementation.
• Knowledge of educational institution business processes.
