Description

You will act as the key analyst translating business needs into technical requirements for banking and wealth management systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with wealth managers, portfolio managers, and operations teams.
• Analyze existing wealth management systems (e.g., Global Plus, Charles River, Pershing) to propose system enhancements or new solutions.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, and detailed process flow diagrams for IT teams.
• Lead testing efforts, including preparing test plans and executing functional and UAT to validate system functionality.
• Ensure all implemented solutions adhere to relevant regulatory standards in banking and wealth management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in banking and wealth management environments.
• Strong experience with wealth platforms such as Global Plus, Charles River, and Pershing.
• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience creating test plans and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of banking regulations like MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and Basel III.
• Familiarity with basic SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication to bridge business and technical teams.
