You will translate business needs into technical requirements for banking and wealth management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with wealth managers and operations teams.
• Analyze existing wealth management platforms to propose enhancements or new solutions.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, and detailed process flow diagrams for IT teams.
• Lead testing efforts, including preparing test plans and executing functional and UAT.
• Ensure implemented solutions adhere to relevant banking and wealth management regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in banking and wealth management environments.
• Strong experience with wealth platforms such as Global Plus, Charles River, and Pershing.
• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience creating test plans and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of banking regulations like MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and Basel III.
• Familiarity with basic SQL for data querying and analysis.
