Act as a specialist individual contributor bridging the gap between business users, SMEs, and technical teams within the wealth management domain.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business users and SMEs to determine functional and system requirements.
• Design To-Be solutions (L0 through L3 levels) based on comprehensive impact assessments.
• Convert technical specifications into actionable user stories and manage story grooming.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic and tactical approaches.
• Support application modernization programs, specifically regarding mainframe transitions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in Wealth or Asset Management.
• Deep domain knowledge of trading and settlement for Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds (OTC and exchange-traded).
• Understanding of option liquidation and option hedging strategies.
• Experience with front-office implementations and mid/back-office interfaces.
• Mandatory experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in COBOL, DB2, SQL, JCL, and FILE-AID.
• Experience with UX wireframes and UI integrations.
• Proven ability to work within an onshore-offshore execution model.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Experience with React JS.
