Lead complex business analysis programs to drive digital transformation and revenue model shifts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform current state and quantitative/qualitative data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including API-level data attributes for asset and entitlement management.
• Partner with business leaders to construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans based on market knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and product improvement by evaluating industry trends.
• Provide guidance and instruction to less-experienced team members on business analysis tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Query for table-level parameter analysis and data extraction.
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI for data intelligence and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for ALM.
• Understanding of API management, data management, and microservices integration.
• Knowledge of SaaS, licensing, and software subscription models.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis.
• Ability to build no-code prototypes to demonstrate transformation themes to stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MuleSoft and enterprise integration requirements.
• Experience with Sales Compensation, SCM, or cloud vs. on-premise solution scoping.
