Description

You lead requirement gathering, documentation, and product lifecycle management for airline travel systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and problem definition while creating and maintaining Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Develop user guides, release notes, and functional documentation ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability.
• Own user story creation, backlog refinement, and estimation within Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, and cross-value teams to drive prioritization and expectation management.
• Support release planning, validation, defect tracking, and post-release monitoring activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Airline/Travel domain.
• Strong knowledge of Sabre systems including PNR, Reservations, Ticketing, Ancillary services, and Fare structures.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Proven ability to create detailed FRDs, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and airline industry workflows.
• Exposure to customer-facing roles and product demonstrations.
