Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for web service interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional and technical requirements through SDLC processes and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Develop functional specifications and client-facing documentation for development and testing teams.
• Collaborate with external teams to confirm scope, functionality, and requirements for web service interfaces.
• Identify gaps in requirements and design by leveraging your background in web service development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical cross-functional teams to resolve technical queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical requirement gathering.
• Experience designing and developing web services using JSON and XML.
• Proficiency with SOA Web Services and SoapUI.
• Hands-on experience with IBM ACE and file transfer processes.
• Ability to document technical processes into clear, client-facing deliverables.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with external stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
