Description

You will manage support for key IT applications in Legal and HR systems and lead project lifecycle activities for General & Administration teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle activities including planning, requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Act as the IT liaison between internal business partners and external vendors.
• Guide business stakeholders through the Business Analysis lifecycle and drive adoption of new platform features.
• Manage service provider partnerships to ensure all service SLAs are met.
• Maintain IT Project Management and Business Program standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience leading technology-driven transformations.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with HR, Legal, and G&A technologies such as Conga, ADP, ThrivePass, or Greenhouse.
• 3+ years of experience using Smartsheet as a project management system.
• Experience developing interfaces and integrations between NetSuite and other systems like Azure.
• Experience with SDLC change control processes.
• Experience implementing and managing cloud/SaaS systems.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, Web Services, and ETL.
• Bachelor or advanced degree in Information Technology, Business Solutions, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-PBA certification.
• PMP certification.
