Description

You will elicit business requirements and document functional specifications for capital markets, derivatives, and trading operations. This role focuses on mapping current processes, performing impact and gap analysis, and coordinating with middle-office and back-office stakeholders.

You will own the requirements gathering process through workshops, interviews, and JAAD sessions. You will manage stakeholder expectations, report on project progress, and support project management tasks using relevant tools. The role requires applying Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver clear, unambiguous functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit detailed business requirements and functional specifications through workshops, interviews, and JAAD sessions.
• Perform impact, gap, and system analysis to map current business processes and define future state requirements.
• Coordinate requirements gathering for middle-office and back-office trading operations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report on project progress and findings.
• Support project and talent management tasks using appropriate tools.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep experience in Capital Markets functions, including Equity, Derivatives, and OTC trading.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation techniques such as workshops, surveys, and interviews.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Gap Analysis.
• Experience documenting and mapping business processes for internal and external consulting.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies, specifically Agile Scrum.
• Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the specialty.
• Equivalent progressive experience in the specialty.
