Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, elaboration, and documentation to define final solution designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and testers to align on deliverables.
• Analyze existing business processes to suggest improvements and support testing automation efforts.
• Define problem statements by synthesizing disparate information and guiding technical leads.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles within capital markets.
• Strong proficiency with SQL for data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead requirements discussions and drive documentation.
• Experience analyzing business processes for optimization.
• Methodical approach to requirement gathering and problem-solving.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to evaluate and understand new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
