Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert in capital markets, bridging business leaders and IT teams. You own the full lifecycle of system changes from requirements to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives for complex projects while aligning business and technical teams.
• Consult with clients to resolve system issues by evaluating business processes and industry standards.
• Manage system change processes from initial requirements through to implementation.
• Determine functional specifications and provide ongoing user and operational support.
• Identify and communicate technical risks and business impacts to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep domain expertise in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Payments Posting, and Settlement.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Analytics.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Business Process evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
