Description

You serve as the subject matter expert in capital markets, bridging business leaders and IT teams while owning the full lifecycle of system changes from requirements to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives for complex projects, aligning business and technical teams.
• Consult with clients to resolve system issues by evaluating business processes against industry standards.
• Manage system change processes from initial requirements through to implementation.
• Determine functional specifications and provide ongoing user and operational support.
• Identify and communicate technical risks and business impacts to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep domain expertise in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Payments Posting, and Settlement.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Analytics.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Business Process evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
