Description

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team to translate requirements into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders to create BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents.
• Design system solutions that meet business needs and align with IT architecture standards.
• Develop detailed design documents, including data models, process flows, and system interfaces.
• Partner with system analysts and architects on technical design while coordinating development with vendors and internal teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and document business use cases for software upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018).
• 2-3 years of experience with ERP Systems, specifically Oracle Enterprise E1.
• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio, including stored procedures and trigger development.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) processes using Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management systems.
• 2-3 years of experience with integration technologies such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM).
• 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools, specifically IBM Cognos or Power BI.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting machine automation systems (conveyors, print/apply applicators, weigh scales, case sealers).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QAD Precision/Trax.
