Responsibilities

• Write detailed requirements by working directly with stakeholders.
• Extract and integrate data from multiple sources to drive business outcomes.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate across global organizations.
• Navigate high ambiguity by seeking clarification to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of professional business analysis experience.
• Advanced data analysis using MS Excel and MS Access.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Cisco tools including SAVM, SFDC, PSS, and SHARE.
• Knowledge of Cisco Commerce Tools and Go To Market strategies.
• Proven experience in data delivery and vendor management.
• Ability to link business processes to technical data extraction.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Project Management experience.
