Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and RPA implementation by defining requirements and optimizing processes for automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to evaluate RPA feasibility, identify automation blockers, and define standardization requirements.
• Create and maintain critical documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Map "As-is" and "To-be" process flows using standard notation to visualize current and future states.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining scope, creating detailed test cases with SMEs, and supporting stakeholders during execution.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with documented business requirements and project objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process optimization.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Ability to document complex inputs, outputs, roles, and responsibilities within a process.
• Experience with RPA governance models, exception handling, and control room monitoring.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into functional specifications and technical design bases.
• Proven ability to conduct data research to identify trends and process optimization opportunities.
• Any Graduate degree.
