Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution for web and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions to define functional and technical needs.
• Manage the product backlog by defining features, stories, and grooming items according to the roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into PRDs, FSDs, KPIs, and mapping documents.
• Act as a liaison between scrum teams, product owners, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
• Coordinate with external partners to conduct UAT testing and support rollout activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience documenting user stories for web and mobile (Android/iOS) platforms.
• Proficiency in creating PRD, FSD, KPIs, and mapping documents.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience participating in all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ability to evaluate how regulations, privacy, and security standards affect software and hardware development.
• Certification or expertise in CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe PO/PM.
