Drive requirements gathering and process analysis for healthcare IT automation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for prior authorization, medical analytics, 340B, Medicare, and Medicaid workflows.
• Develop use cases, business rules, and process flows to support development teams.
• Analyze data and generate reports for healthcare operations and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validation to verify regulatory and business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to write clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and payer/provider workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Visio for process mapping.
• Basic SQL skills for data querying and analytics.
