Description

Define, analyze, and document business requirements for projects.

You will own the solicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements. You lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. You collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope and objectives. You maintain visibility into day-to-day project activities, supporting project controls including issues, risks, and scope tracking. You participate in government RFP responses and Statement of Work (SOW) activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the solicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.
• Maintain visibility into day-to-day project activities, supporting project controls including issues, risks, and scope tracking.
• Participate in government RFP responses and Statement of Work (SOW) activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements.
• 10+ years of experience leading and performing requirements gathering and validation.
• 7+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically Health & Human Services (HHS) programs like SNAP and Medicaid.
• 1+ year of experience managing project controls (issues, risks, scope, schedules, requirements).
• Experience working within an SDLC environment.
• Experience supporting government RFPs and SOW development.
• Proven ability to partner with internal and client stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Familiarity with Business Analyst, SDLC, and SOW processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years tenure in previous roles.
