Analyze and document business and system requirements for healthcare initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Support SDLC activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, risks, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide BA support for Medicaid and SNAP initiatives, including government RFP and SOW documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on requirements gathering and documentation.
• 3+ years experience within Healthcare / Health & Human Services, specifically Medicaid and SNAP.
• Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project controls (issues, risks, scope, schedules).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Snap and Medicaid processes.
• Experience with Jquery.
