Description

Lead requirements engineering and stakeholder management for equipment finance products, including loans, leases, and vendor finance. You will bridge the gap between business, product, and IT teams to ensure accurate delivery of banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) for equipment finance platforms.
• Support origination, credit underwriting, booking, servicing, billing, and collections processes within commercial lending.
• Plan, execute, and secure sign-off for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Conduct data analysis and support regulatory and compliance reporting for US banking clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in equipment finance, asset finance, or leasing.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending, lease servicing concepts, and US banking regulations.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to liaise effectively between business, product, and IT teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to core lending or leasing platforms.
• Prior onsite or client-facing delivery experience.
