Description

You will transform data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. You collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy.
• Build dashboards, reports, and insights to track KPIs and business performance.
• Create clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

Required Skills

• Strong SQL expertise including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with large datasets, performing data validation and quality analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with SDLC and product development lifecycle.
